My Father and Mother started this business in 1989 and it has remained deeply rooted into the Rimrock, Lake-Montezuma and surrounding communities. I Began working for/with them while Dad started treatment for cancer. He subsequently passed in June 2021 and it was at that point I had taken over fully. We still run the company as if Dad was here, Honestly, and professionally. We have two great full time employees and 1 part-time who are the back bone of our business. We have been doing Full-service automotive repair, Lube/oil, and tires from the beginning. The company has held the accounts for maintenance on the USFS light fleet in beaver creek for over 20 years. Along with the maintenance on 3 schools in the local area, and many small businesses with their fleets. We are a NAPA Automotive repair shop. Both NAPA and O'Reilly's auto parts are 12 minutes away. The shop sits on 1.18 Acres of land that we are willing the sell as well. This is an easy transfer of ownership and the property even has a single-wide mobile home on it we recently added, so the new owner or another employee can live on site. "It was 33 years ago, April 1989, that I started Beaver Creek Service Center in McGuierville at the gas station ran by Wayne Monasmith. I had 2 small bays and a very old and temperamental hydraulic vehicle lift and no heat or cooling of any kind. The garage doors were sketchy at best, having been broken by semitrucks running into them in the 70's from air bleed off. We also had a worn out 1966 F-350 Tow truck with a wheel lift. But we made a start and with tremendous support from this community that I grew up in, was able to make a go at my dream of having my own business! It was not easy to say the least. In 1998 I lost the lease I had for the last 9 years as the owners wanted to expand the mini mart. We purchased an acre of ground on Beaver Creek Rd and constructed the garage that we work out of today. That purchase caused a lot of sleepless nights as I did not want to bankrupt my family, but with the grace of God and this wonderful community, we were able to make a go of it at the new location.
