Flooring selections include carpet, tile, hardwood, stone, luxury vinyl, area rugs, and custom rugs, sourced directly from well-known industry leaders like Mohawk and Shaw. The Company deals directly with major manufacturers’ outlet departments and is able to bring great deals to its customers. The Company primarily sells retail to homeowners (80% of 2020) as well as small commercial property owners (15%), and also sells to wholesale customers (5%) mainly in the metro Phoenix area (85%), other regions in Arizona (14%), and out of state (1%).
