Licensed Landscape Contractor

The Company is a licensed landscape contractor, providing a full offering of products and services including hardscapes, plantscapes, design, installation, and maintenance. The Company serves both the residential (60% in 2020) and commercial (40%) markets. The Company utilizes two inside sales personnel, two outside sales personnel, and one part-time commissioned salesperson (independent contractor). The Company is supported by 39 full-time and 3 part-time personnel. Investment Considerations: • Documented Systems and Procedures: The Company believes that following established procedures is an important facet of the workplace, so ownership has implemented written procedures for office personnel to ensure consistent service. Field staff meet at the beginning of every workweek to discuss safety, best practices, and customer service initiatives. • Strong Client Relationships: The Company has many longstanding customer/referral relationships and a high rate of repeat business. There is currently so much backlogged work due to a strong regional market and high demand for the Company’s services , the time quoted to start a new job is out 16 to 18 weeks. Location: Arizona
