Northern California refrigeration division for sale. (Updated 4/07/22)

Greetings and thank you for checking out my ad. (Updated 04/07/22) We are selling the Bay area and northern California portion of our business. Includes Bay area, Valley north of Modesto to Redding. We are in the middle of other things and I need to sell the area of business to do what I need to do for other ventures in Southern California It's a little crazy because it's about 80% of our business. We are selling the Bay area and northern California division to expand in other areas and start a second business in an entirely different industry in another area. We are in not in a rush but would be nice to close before summer or after summer due to how busy it will be. Our business Specializes in commercial/industrial refrigeration. We do no residential. The Bay area has been great to me. Lots of work, great customers, great income and solid stability. Asking price includes 2 trucks, inventory, 2 phone numbers, current receivables, customers and pm contracts. I have reduced the price accordingly. Lead mechanic and 2 other employees will transfer over as well. I will assist with transition for 2 or 3 months to keep customers happy. It is important that everything goes well because my name has a good reputation. You must have a valid C-38 and/or C-20 contractors license We currently have217K in work in progress the bay area and 125K in the northern CA 100K in current receivables for that area.
