These accounts are clustered very close with minimal drive time between service stops. All have cleaning systems, making our job easy. Most Customers have been with us for several years and always pay on time, most are on auto pay. This is a premium route, the pools are high end with modern equipment, automation systems, multiple pumps, heaters, heat pumps, salt cells and more. The advantage of modern equipment is the pools, for the most part take care of themselves but if something goes wrong the customer expects the problems to be resolved and pool tech to have knowledge of their system. Buyer should have some experience servicing pools and have some understanding of the operations of these systems. If pool route only is purchased seller would be available for consultation and repairs for about 6 months after sale. The price for the Pool Route only is $29500 The monthly billing for the accounts averages $3300 per month or $39500 per year Buyer can expect additional income of 15K to 25K per year with repairs and installations.
