Growth & Expansion: There are a lot of growth opportunities for this store. We're getting older and don't have as much energy as we did when we first bought the store, but we always thought it would be nice to expand the retail section and maybe move into camping and biking for the summer. If you're an active sports type, you could easily expand the rental equipment inventory to fit with your favorite summer demographic, or you could flip the focus of the store to do something totally different in the off-season like BBQ sales (Helm sells patio furniture in the summer).
