This acquisition opportunity is for a geotechnical engineering firm providing investigation, design, construction, and consulting services to predominantly public-sector clients. The Company provides high-quality geotechnical engineering services to “A-list” clients throughout California. In 2021, revenues were split between Geotechnical Investigations, Design Servies and Consulting (50%) and Construction Phase Services including Inspection and Testing (50%). Customer markets include education (26%), science & technology (22%), water resources (16%), energy (10%), environmental habitat restoration (10%), transportation (7%) and legal (4%). The Company’s recent building experience includes numerous projects valued in the $50M to $250M range. The Company works on water resources and transportation projects with values that can range from $10M to over $1B. Superior Name & Reputation: The Company enjoys a reputation for its qualifications and experience. The majority of the Company’s staff possesses technical degrees and masters-level education. It has an 12-year proven track record of winning projects of substantial complexity and successfully completing them with high levels of client satisfaction. Investment in Growth: In 2020 and 2021, the Company focused time and resources to pursue multi-year, on-call contracts with the US Army Corps of Engineers and US Fish and Wildlife Service worth over $12 million.
