Landmark restaurant “Lil Joe’s “

We’re open seven days a week and considering expanding into the evening. This place is growing too fast for me. I never had a business/restaurant before.This place could really use someone younger than me. I have indoor occupancy at 60, outside another 50. Total diner vibe. Location: Sacramento, California Year Established: 1950 Number of Employees: 10 Real Estate: Leased Building Sq. Ft.: 1,600 Rent: $4,000.00 Per Month Facilities: We are open and all equipment in the kitchen is new, 2 - imperial 36 inch griddle ovens. New 40 gallon deep fryer, imperial 4 spot burners.New refrigerators. New 1600 square foot patio area with huge possibilities. Market Outlook/ Competition: Old North Sacramento is the next/current hot spot and Lil joe’s is the hub. In it’s day this place rocked and was open 24 hours a day. Lil Joe’s is on Old highway 40 to Reno..the restaurants following is huge. I regret not selling tee shirts yet. Growth & Expansion: I’m in The next “Sacramento Magazine” I don’t even know what the story is about yet but i’m scared. I’m worked to death doing this solo and I never pushed any Facebook stuff and there is still a lot of followers. I bought 6 awesome 8 foot picnic tables and 3 round metal tables and it’s getting warmer and they’re going to come.. My liquor license will be here by Saint Patrick’s day and I’m scared..
